     Sep Hendrickson receives Outdoor Writers Association award for Best Outdoor  Radio Show, “California Sportsmen”. In ceremonies earlier this month in Oxnard, the Outdoor Writers Association of California named Sep Hendrickson of Vacaville, California, the winner of the annual competition for Best Outdoor Radio Show.  His popular, informative, critically acclaimed radio show, California Sportsmen, is heard every Saturday morning from 7:00 to 8:00 AM on Sacramento’s 50,000 watt KHTK SPORTS 1140.  This is the third consecutive year that Sep Hendrickson has received this prestigious award.  “We are very pleased to receive this honor and our audience can be assured we will strive to air the best in outdoor information, guests and entertainment”, Hendrickson commented.  In addition to his weekly radio show, Hendrickson is a columnist and photographer for Fishing and Hunting News and regularly furnishes articles for many other publications, including Salmon, Trout and Steelheader and California Game and Fish magazines.  Hendrickson is a renowned seminar speaker, covering freshwater trolling for trout and salmon in an entertaining and humorous presentation.  Sep is President of Sep’s Pro Fishing, Inc., an ultralight fishing tackle manufacturing company and Vice President and founding member of California Inland Fisheries Foundation-Project Kokanee, Project King Salmon and Project Rainbow Trout.
